Il Residence è molto ben curato e pulito. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di stoviglie mentre la biancheria bisogna portarsela da casa. C'è l'aria condizionata con orari prestabiliti ma devo dire che non è necessario accenderli di più perché gli appartamenti sono freschi di loro. I proprietari sono gentili e l'accoglienza è attenta. Annesso c'è anche il lido con area giochi per bambini e bar.
Credo sia il miglior residence che io abbia visitato sull adriatico. Ubicazione fantastica. Pulizia eccellente. I gestori, oltre che super simpatici, molto attenti al rispetto dell ambiente . Grazie Alessandra e Ivan. E comimenti per l eccellente lavoro che state facendo

Posto ben curato, appartamento pulito e in bella posizione. Possibilità di portare cani, anche in spiaggia. Personale disponibile,gentile e sempre con il sorriso. Se dovessi tornare ad Alba Adriatica sceglierei di nuovo residence Riccione!
